一、為什麼要先驗機
eSIM 是數位商品，買下去就寄到信箱。手機不支援、或手機被電信商鎖住，退款條件會變得很麻煩——有些品牌規定要「沒掃過 QR Code、沒用過任何流量」才全額退。
所以順序永遠是：先驗機，再付錢。 花三分鐘，省掉一整趟的麻煩。
要確認的只有兩件事：一、手機支不支援 eSIM。二、手機有沒有被鎖在某家電信。
二、查「支不支援 eSIM」的四種官方方法
以下四種都出自 Airalo 官方安裝指南原文。
方法一：設定裡找「新增 eSIM」
Open Settings on your phone. Navigate to your SIMs (under Mobile/Cellular Networks or similar). Look for an Add eSIM or Download SIM option. You might have to select a SIM before you see the option. If it’s there, you’re eSIM-ready.
白話：設定 → 行動服務／SIM 卡 → 看有沒有「新增 eSIM」或「下載 SIM 卡」。有，就代表支援。
官方補充：找不到的話用手機設定裡的搜尋功能直接搜。
方法二：撥 *#06# 看有沒有 EID（最快）
Dial *#06# on your phone. If you see two IMEI numbers, your phone likely supports dual-SIMs (physical and eSIM). Note down the IMEI and check with your carrier. Alternatively, if an EID appears, your phone supports eSIM.
在電話撥號畫面輸入 *#06#，不用按撥出，畫面會自己跳出來。看兩件事：
- 出現兩組 IMEI → 很可能支援雙卡（實體卡＋eSIM）
- 出現 EID → 支援 eSIM
EID 是 eSIM 晶片的識別碼，有 EID 就代表機器裡真的有那顆晶片。這是四種方法裡最直接的一種。
方法三：查原廠規格
Check your phone’s original packaging or documentation. If it’s available, eSIM support is usually listed in the technical specifications.
盒子、說明書、官網規格表上通常會寫。
方法四：Android 撥 ##4636## 看隱藏選單
Open your phone app. Dial ##4636##. On most Android phones, this opens a hidden menu that allows users to view and modify network settings. From this menu, select Phone Information. Look for an eSIM or embedded SIM status.
這是進階做法。這個選單能改網路設定，不確定的項目不要亂動，只看不改。
三、最重要的一句提醒：不要用型號推論
官方特別寫了這段：
Whether your phone is eSIM-compatible depends on the model and where it was manufactured, not just the year it was released. … two phones with the same name can have different eSIM capabilities, depending on the country in which they were manufactured.
同一個型號、不同產地，eSIM 能力可能不同。 水貨、國外帶回來的手機、二手機都可能踩到這一條。網路上查到「這型號支援」不算數，要在你自己那一支上驗過。
四、查「手機有沒有被鎖」
被電信商鎖機（carrier lock）的手機，只能用原電信商的 SIM，裝了別家的 eSIM 也連不上。
iPhone 查法（官方步驟）：
Go to your iPhone’s Settings. Tap General. Tap About. Scroll down to Carrier Lock or Network Provider Lock. Check the status there. If your iPhone is unlocked, its status will be No SIM restrictions. If it’s locked, you’ll see your carrier’s name.
看到 No SIM restrictions（無 SIM 限制） 就是解鎖狀態；看到電信商名字就是被鎖。
Android 查法（官方寫法，各廠牌畫面不同）：
Open Settings. Tap Network & Internet, Connections, or a similar menu option. Tap SIMs, Mobile Network, or a similar option. You’ll then be able to choose a network/SIM or select network operators for further choices. If you see more than one network to choose from or options to manage your SIMs, this likely indicates that your phone is unlocked.
看得到多家電信可選、或能管理多張 SIM，通常代表沒被鎖。Android 這個判斷比較間接，不確定就直接打電信商客服問。
五、驗機清單（照著打勾）
- 撥
*#06#，看到 EID 了嗎？ - 設定裡找得到「新增 eSIM／下載 SIM 卡」嗎？
- iPhone：設定 → 一般 → 關於本機 → 電信業者鎖定，顯示「無 SIM 限制」嗎？
- Android：設定裡看得到多家電信／可管理多張 SIM 嗎？
- 手機作業系統是不是已更新到近期版本？
- 要買的那張方案頁，標的是純數據還是含通話簡訊？
六項都確認完再結帳，出錯機率會低很多。
六、萬一手機不支援，還有一招
官方補了一句大部分人不知道的事：
Note: You can still purchase an eSIM if your phone isn’t eSIM compatible. You’ll have the option to share the eSIM to another device, rather than install it on your phone.
也就是買了之後可以把 eSIM 分享給別台裝置安裝——例如家人的手機、平板。適用於「幫別人買」或「自己手機不支援但同行者的支援」的情況。
七、要提醒的地方
- 各家品牌的相容裝置清單不同，Airalo 的清單不能拿去套用在別家。
##4636##隱藏選單各廠牌行為不一，部分機型沒有或顯示不同，看不到不代表不支援，請改用*#06#。- 「解鎖」和「支援 eSIM」是兩件事，兩件都要過。
- 公司配發的手機可能被 MDM（行動裝置管理）限制安裝 eSIM，這種情況要問公司資訊部門。
八、一句話結論
三分鐘驗機，只要記一個動作就好：撥 *#06#，看到 EID 就是有 eSIM 晶片——其餘的查法都是補強，這一步最快也最準。
